One arrived with a small, sharp defect in it and when reached out to company, they immediately sent a new one to replace it without the need to send it back and a kind note to keep it or donate it. So appreciate your customer service and fast response! Defect was too sharp to donate, so mug now houses pens on a shelf. I love this mug and it's saying, purchased it after prior purchasing your "you can if you think you can" turquoise colored mug at a hospital gift shop when going for cancer treatments.
