Live Happy! Featuring: Kat Stickler

We, along with everyone else, fell in love with Kat Stickler (@katstickler) watching her funny, relatable, lovable personality on TikTok. We love that she brings joy and happiness to so many people through her kindness, humor and heart! We are excited to have Kat as our first official Natural Life Brand Ambassador and could not wait to feature her in one of our LIVE HAPPY! mini documentaries created by Patti’s talented daughter, Madison (@itsmadisonhughes) when she came to visit our office in October! 

Kat’s journey to becoming one of America’s most well-known TikTok influencers hasn’t come without bumps. But it has been her dedication to sharing the many different parts of her life… from her family to her daughter to even her bad days…  that have made her feel relatable to so many people! “I guess sometimes I feel comfortable talking about things that other people find a little bit taboo. I try to be as authentic as I can.” 

Kat feels passionately about younger girls knowing their own worth, since she wishes she had known that earlier in her life. She believes in how important it is to own your own life! “Being ok with your decisions, and being proud of them, that’s really all you need. Because people will judge regardless, so finding that confidence...” she says. “Things happen for a reason and it kind of makes me feel like my obstacles have purpose now. Bigger than I knew before.”

Madison Hughes creates Live Happy Mini Documentaries for Natural Life to inspire people to find their passions and figure out how to do what they love in their work or daily life. We love sharing stories of people who bring joy and happiness into the world through their work. Founder and CEO of Natural Life, Patti Hughes, says “My biggest hope is that my daughters - along with girls & women everywhere- will discover their talents & passions so they can enjoy life doing what they love.”
